Team up with the Miami Dolphins and AARP Foundation to be a part of something big! Together, we can improve the quality of life for South Floridians (and Dolphins fans!) age 50-plus by packing one million meals for older adults.

In addition to contributing to the cause, volunteers enjoy:

– Dolphins alumni, Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders and T.D.!

Participants can enter a Miami Dolphins raffle to win prizes including an individual game suite, a trip to the Bahamas, autographed helmets and more!

Important times and information
7 a.m. – First lead volunteer shift begins
8 a.m. – First meal packing shift begins
9 a.m. – Grand Plaza opens
9:30 a.m. – Second meal packing shift begins
10 a.m. – Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders available for autographs/Fins Force appearance/DJ Supersede on plaza
12 p.m. – Third meal packing shift begins
1:30 p.m. – Fourth meal packing shift begins
