Duke Johnson scored two fourth quarter touchdowns, including one with 53 seconds remaining to secure the victory for the undefeated Hurricanes.
The Miami Hurricanes now travel to Tallahassee to take on the 3 rd ranked Florida State Seminoles. Saturday’s contest is the first top 10 meeting between the two rivals since 2003.
The Hurricanes return to Sun Life Stadium on November 9 th to take on ACC Coastal Division opponent Virginia Tech. The 6-2 Hokies are coming off a 13-10 loss to Duke this past weekend, and face Boston College on Saturday before facing the Hurricanes. The game time for the November 9 th matchup has not yet been announced.
